A quick plea to the management.As Ben is not around at the moment to effect repairs, can you please send someone out to "liberate" a few new trolleys to replace the crippled ones.

Oh, and while your there, can you pop in next door to Booker's for some paper towels. The loos always seem to run out at 5.30!
It seems that the trolley park outside the front of this store is strangely empty.
And by the way did you know you are supposed to pay a £50 deposit to Wickes to take one of their trolleys off site. You are supposed to return the trolley afterwards though.
